“Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.” -CG Jung

  • My work as a psychotherapist is rooted in a deep reverence for the psyche and it's innate intelligence.

As painful as it can be when we are struggling, difficult moments can actually be seen as doorways into a fuller life. Challenges can be transformative invitations into more authenticity and self-compassion. I support clients in slowing down and listening to what is speaking through their soul, body, dreams, images, illness, grief, and longings. This receptivity can bring more insight, self compassion, empowerment and maturation at any phase in your adult life.

I work with adults from young adulthood through elderhood using the tools and perspectives of:

    • Jungian Psychotherapy

    • Expressive Arts

    • Internal Family Systems

    • Embodied Presence

  • Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) is an evidence-based treatment that can assist with chronic depression, PTSD, chronic pain, and certain anxiety disorders. Psychotherapy is provided as preparation before, during and after Ketamine sessions. KAP can enhance and deepen the therapeutic process, fostering profound healing and self-discovery.

Ketamine in low dosages can gently soften psychological defenses, creating space for meaningful self-reflection and deeper psychotherapeutic exploration in our sessions. With more moderate doses, it can induce psychedelic effects, facilitating transformative, transpersonal experiences that offer new insights, clarity, and a renewed sense of purpose and interconnectedness.

  • Collectively we have forgotten to honor grief as sacred and essential to the fullness of life. The pain of loss is often given no room in the fast moving pace of life. Because it has become so privatized, coming into contact with grief can feel overwhelming and we may even feel shame for the pain we carry.

In our individual work together, I can assist you in beginning to turn towards your grief with care and kindness. I can help you learn new ways of holding your grief, honouring it, listening to it, helping you bridge your heart back into community. When we allow grief in as a life companion, it brings us closer to others, to the vitality of life and the world around us. Coming into right relationship with grief adds a sacred dimension of meaning and depth to our precious time on this earth.

  • Central to my practice is the quiet tuning in to the wisdom of the body. Our body is our ground of healing. Ever-present and our most intimate home, the body holds essential knowing and guidance. Feelings, instincts, intuition, soul are all communicated through our embodiment.

The body is also the holder of wounds, memory, traumatic history. In a safe environment and with gentle listening, we can bring compassion to ourselves and rediscover the foundation of our being.

Through the body we claim our rightful place on this earth knowing deep in our bones our interweaving with life and all living things.

  • My private practice fees are on a sliding scale at $150-200/hr. I take private pay clients only. I do not take health insurance but offer super bills if you would like to bill your insurance. Please contact me for more info on my sliding fee scale and your financial needs.
